Best Chinese food in the Cockeysville area. They will deliver but it's best to pick it up. It seems to be a carryout restaurant beyond is so so but I wouldn't think of going there with a bottle of wine because there's no one sitting in there. It's all takeout.
Big fan of Ding How! Lunch specials are great, but I have a hard time passing up their crispy beef. Kung Pao dishes are excellent also. Take out place with outside areas not too far in the spring. Winter time it's grab and go. They do deliver!!
